Actress Yvonne is returning as a radio DJ after 21 years.
On the 23rd, KBS2 Radio announced, “Following ‘Lee Gak-kyung’s Happy Time at 4 PM,’ we will launch ‘Yvonne’s La La Land,’ which is set to air for the first time on the 30th.”
Yvonne's return as a radio DJ comes 21 years after her show ‘Yvonne’s Volume Up’ aired on KBS Cool FM from 1995 to 2004.
Expressing her excitement about returning as the DJ of ‘La La Land,’ Yvonne said, “I’m thrilled to be back with my beloved radio, and I’m especially happy to return to KBS Radio, which feels like home. I want to share my vibrant energy and love with the listeners, especially since they have waited so long.”
It is reported that Yvonne has shown strong enthusiasm for the program by suggesting the title herself and participating as a vocalist in the production of the signal and logo song.
The production team of ‘La La Land’ stated, “We expect that all radio fans will welcome Yvonne’s return. ‘Yvonne’s La La Land,’ which will first air on the 30th, will be broadcast every day from 4 PM to 6 PM on KBS 2 Radio and can be listened to through the KBS Radio mobile app ‘KONG’ and the YouTube channel.
