DJ Soda (Hwang So-hee, 37) expressed her anger over the inappropriate response of the hair designer who caused her hair to be nearly shaved off due to a bleaching incident.
On the 18th, DJ Soda posted on her Instagram story, "Three weeks ago, my hair was severely damaged from a treatment, and I have not received any direct contact from the hair designer since then. Now, after seeing my Instagram post, they contacted my manager saying, 'I'll give you 5 million won if you write a settlement agreement and delete the post.'"
Earlier, on the 17th, DJ Soda revealed that "the salon ruined my hair," sharing photos that showed her hair at the back of her head falling out in clumps as if it had been shaved. The serious condition was striking at first glance.
She explained, "I had my hair bleached at a salon I usually go to, but they left the bleach on for too long, causing my hair to melt from the roots. As a result, the back and sides of my head ended up looking like a shaved head. My original hair was thick and healthy, and I had been taking care of it for three years without bleaching, so this is the first time it has happened."
DJ Soda stated, "I will now speak firmly. No amount of money can change my appearance and the pain caused by this incident."
She continued, "The hair designer has not contacted me since the problem occurred, and now they are just asking for the deletion of the post that is unfavorable to them in exchange for 5 million won. The salon owner even threatened to 'change the atmosphere.' I cannot accept this situation in any way."
