Singer Kim Da-hyun took the stage at the 60th anniversary ceremony of Korea-Japan diplomatic normalization.

On the afternoon of the 16th, she was invited to the '60th Anniversary Reception of Korea-Japan Diplomatic Normalization' held at the Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul, where she passionately performed 'Winter Scenery of the Tsugaru Strait,' heating up the atmosphere of the event. This song was the final competition piece she showcased when she won MVP at MBN's 'Korea-Japan King of Kings' last year. Approximately 1,000 attendees celebrated the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Japan at this event hosted by the Japanese Embassy in Korea.

After her performance, Kim Da-hyun expressed, "It is truly an honor to sing at such a meaningful event," and added, "I have felt that the music of our two countries has become closer since I started broadcasting with Japanese artists two years ago." Her appearance garnered significant attention among the Japanese attendees.

She then introduced her new song 'Clap' and cleverly remarked, "If we don't clap on a meaningful day like today, when will we? Everyone, right?" which created a cheerful atmosphere in the venue.

Kim Da-hyun will also perform at the Korea-Japan Diplomatic Normalization 60th Anniversary event in Japan on the 23rd. Currently active with her new songs 'Clap' and 'Dream Road,' she has once again proven the potential for the globalization of K-Trot through this national-level stage.

Kim Da-hyun is a regular cast member on MBN's 'Korea-Japan Top Ten Show.' She also recently appeared on KBS1TV's 'Gayo Stage' episode 1902, 'Summer Scent,' where she sang Park Jae-ran's 'Pearl Shell Gathering.'
