The fan signing event for the group ENHYPEN, commemorating their album release, has been canceled due to a system outage at YES24.
On the 10th, ENHYPEN's agency Belift Lab stated, "Due to the YES24 system outage that began in the early hours of June 9, access to the YES24 website and customer service is currently unavailable."
They added, "As a result of this system outage, the offline fan signing event application for ENHYPEN's 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' release, which was scheduled from 11 AM on the 7th to 11:59 PM on the 9th, has unfortunately been canceled," and "Further actions regarding the cancellation will be announced through YES24 after the system is restored, so please take note."
YES24, which experienced website paralysis due to server issues since the morning of the 9th, apologized, stating, "Due to the system outage, access to the website, product shipping, and customer service is unavailable. Some orders placed on the 8th have been confirmed as unable to ship and will be processed for cancellation," and "We will provide further updates. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Previously, singer BI was also scheduled to hold a pre-sale for concert tickets in July, but had to change the schedule due to website access issues.
