Gukhwa (pseudonym), who appeared on the ENA entertainment show 'I Am SOLO, Love Continues After That' (hereinafter 'NASOL'), has been reported for violating election laws.

On the 3rd, Gukhwa posted on her SNS, "Vote completed," along with a certification photo of her voting in the 21st presidential election.

The posted photo shows her placing a completed ballot into the ballot box. Notably, the name of the candidate with a stamp on the ballot is visible, raising concerns about potential controversy.

In response, some netizens filed complaints directly. One user submitted a complaint titled 'Reporting for violation of the Public Official Election Act,' attaching Gukhwa's voting certification photo as evidence.

In fact, Article 166-2 of the Public Official Election Act prohibits the act of photographing ballots, and according to Article 256, violating this can result in imprisonment for up to two years or a fine of up to 4 million won.

As the controversy ignited, Gukhwa deleted the post and switched her SNS account to private.

Gukhwa gained recognition by appearing in the 'NASOL' Gold Single guesthouse episode aired in March-April. She became a couple with Kyung-soo from the 14th season, but they broke up after two months of dating.
