Broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo expressed his disappointment towards Choi Daniel, who he had nurtured as a 'variety character', for switching to the 'Yoo (Jae-suk) line'.
Choi Daniel (40) appeared as a guest on the MBC variety program 'The Manager' (hereinafter 'The Manager') on the afternoon of the 24th, where he met with Jeon Hyun-moo, with whom he has a deep connection.
On this day, Jeon Hyun-moo confessed his feelings of disappointment to Choi Daniel, whom he hadn't seen in a while, saying, “Personally, I feel sad. It seems like you are riding on Jae-suk's line. You left 'Running Man'. The beginning of Choi Daniel's variety career was in the waiting room of 'The Manager'.”
Song Eun-yi directly asked Choi Daniel, “Is it the (Jeon Hyun) moo line or the Yoo line? One, two, three.”

A flustered Choi Daniel responded, “I knew this topic would come up,” but added, “I started on the moo line. Saturdays are for the moo line, Sundays are briefly for the Yoo line.”
He continued, “I met Hyun-moo first and started on 'The Manager'. Jeon Hyun-moo is a special person.”
Jeon Hyun-moo humorously remarked, “Choi Daniel is definitely on the moo line. If you’re on the moo line, you have to be ungrateful. You’ve learned well.”
Choi Daniel also laughed and replied, “That’s right. The foundation is very much the moo line,” showcasing his ongoing variety sense.
Meanwhile, Choi Daniel, a model-turned-actor, has often been misunderstood as being born in the U.S. or as a Korean-American due to his name, but he is actually a native Korean. He debuted with a 'Pepero' commercial and began his acting career in a theater troupe, gaining recognition through writer Noh Hee-kyung's work 'The World They Live In'. He later gained fame through 'High Kick Through the Roof' and has been actively working in various fields.
