YouTuber Tzuyang (28, real name Park Jung-won), who had expressed dissatisfaction with the police investigation attitude, reappeared for questioning after the reassignment of the investigation team.

On the morning of the 8th, Tzuyang attended the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul as a complainant, stating, "Last time, the investigation was not conducted properly, so I hope it will be conducted fairly this time, and I believe they will do well," and added, "I will speak the truth as it is and will undergo the investigation well."

When asked if she plans to raise issues regarding the attitude of the investigators again, she replied, "No."

Tzuyang's lawyer, Kim Tae-yeon, also stated, "This time, there are no plans to raise issues," and added, "It wasn't planned last time either," explaining, "Today will be a supplementary investigation, reinforcing the opinions previously submitted."

This investigation is the first summons after the investigation team was replaced at Tzuyang's request.

Previously, on the 16th of last month, Tzuyang attended the Gangnam Police Station as a complainant but left after about 40 minutes, citing issues with the police's investigation attitude.

At that time, lawyer Kim Tae-yeon expressed dissatisfaction, stating, "I couldn't see even basic small considerations, and it seemed that they did not regard Tzuyang as a victim at all," adding, "It seems there is no intention of protection, so I have doubts about whether it is right to proceed with this investigator, and I am considering re-evaluating and will undergo the investigation again if necessary."

Subsequently, the police reassigned the investigation team from the existing Criminal Investigation Division 1 and Division 2 to Criminal Investigation Division 2.

Earlier, Kim Se-yi claimed that Tzuyang's statement about having worked in an entertainment establishment due to abuse and coercion from her ex-boyfriend was false, leading to her being sued for defamation and violation of the Stalking Punishment Act last July. The police decided not to prosecute Kim Se-yi in February due to insufficient evidence. In response, Tzuyang's side filed an objection, and the prosecution requested supplementary investigation from the police.
