Actress Kim Sung-ryung (58) confessed to her struggles with weight gain, hair loss, and spasmodic dysphonia.

Kim Sung-ryung made a long-awaited appearance on MBC's 'All-Seeing Companion' (hereinafter 'All-Seeing') aired on the 3rd, showcasing her still beautiful appearance and candid personality.

During the show, after five years, Lee Young-ja asked her, "Can I ask your size? Didn't you come out as 55 five years ago?" Kim Sung-ryung coolly replied, "I was 55 back then, but now I'm a size 66. I currently weigh 58kg."

As her daily life was revealed through the video, Kim Sung-ryung was seen eating probiotics, soybean milk, nuts, and manuka honey right after waking up, and she also did a hair massage.

When Jeon Hyun-moo expressed surprise and asked, "Do you have hair loss?" Kim Sung-ryung responded, "I have a lot of hair loss on the crown. I like to buy machines," and she looked a bit down about her increasingly forgetful memory.

Kim Sung-ryung then went to practice her vocal exercises. She revealed that she has been dealing with spasmodic dysphonia for over 10 years.

She explained, "The autonomic nervous system causes my vocal cords to stiffen for no reason. Even in a relaxed situation, I become tense. It has been almost 20 years since it started," adding, "I wandered alone for 10 years, and for the past 10 years, I've been getting Botox injections for my vocal cords while continuing my acting career. However, when I get Botox, my vocal cords should lengthen when I shout, but I can't receive that signal, so I can't produce the sound. With Botox, I can't reach high notes, and without it, I can't produce comfortable sounds, making it hard to balance."

Additionally, she mentioned, "It has been 10 months since I last had it. This is the first time for me," and she added that she is trying to overcome it in other ways.
