YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won) arrived at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on the 16th for questioning and answered questions from reporters.

YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won), who filed a complaint against Kim Se-yeol, the head of the YouTube channel Garoseoro Research Institute, for stalking and other charges, appeared at the police station on the 16th but refused to cooperate with the investigation after about 40 minutes.

Tzuyang arrived at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul at around 8:47 AM as the complainant but stopped the investigation and returned home after about 40 minutes.

Tzuyang's lawyer, Kim Tae-yeon, told reporters, "It seemed that the police did not consider her a victim at all, and it appeared that they had no intention of protecting the victim," and added, "They did not provide any information regarding the prosecution's supplementary investigation instructions, so we cannot help but doubt whether a fair investigation is being conducted."

Tzuyang also expressed her hope that "the investigation would be conducted fairly so that no more victims would emerge." It is reported that Tzuyang's side is considering filing a request to avoid certain investigators.

Tzuyang's lawyer stated before the investigation, "Mr. Kim continuously harassed Tzuyang by mentioning her more than 30 to 40 times from July to October last year," and explained, "The court has issued provisional measures twice, stating that Mr. Kim is a suspect of stalking and ordering him to cease stalking behavior against the victim."

Previously, Kim Se-yeol released related recordings claiming that Tzuyang was threatened by YouTuber Gyujaeok (real name Lee Jun-hee) in July last year. Tzuyang confessed that she worked in entertainment establishments due to violence and coercion from her ex-boyfriend, but Kim Se-yeol continued to broadcast claims that this explanation was not true. Subsequently, Tzuyang's side filed a complaint for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act and charges of threats and coercion.

The police dismissed this case as unfounded in February, but following Tzuyang's objection, they began supplementary investigations last month.
