The 'Hak' syndrome is heading to 'You Quiz'.
Actor Choi Dae-hoon, who left a strong impression as 'Mr. Hak' in 'Poksak Sogassuda', will appear on the tvN entertainment program 'You Quiz on the Block' (directed by Kwak Cheong-ah, written by Lee Eon-joo, hereafter 'You Quiz').
On the 15th, a representative from tvN stated to Maeil Business Star Today, "It is correct that actor Choi Dae-hoon will appear," adding, "Filming is currently scheduled. It is expected to air next week."
Choi Dae-hoon recently reached his peak with the Netflix series 'Poksak Sogassuda', creating what is known as the 'Hak' syndrome. He played the role of Do Dong-ri, the head of a fishing village, who is known for his reckless words and rude attitude, earning him the nickname 'Ssyang-gil' instead of 'Sang-gil'. His frequent outbursts of "Mr. Hak" while raising his hand have become a catchphrase.
Choi Dae-hoon debuted in 2000 with the short film 'Grilled Mackerel' and has since excelled as a quality supporting actor in numerous works, including 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', 'Crash Landing on You', and 'Trigger'.
