Singer and entertainment representative Kim Jaejoong expressed his affection for his artists.

On the 4th, a video titled 'Essential Viewing for 1 Million Subscribers' was released on the YouTube channel 'Jae Friends'. The guest was Mimi Minu.

During the episode, Mimi Minu mentioned, "If YouTube hadn't worked out, I wanted to join YG," referring to being a fan of TVXQ and Big Bang, who were rivals among second-generation idols. She then glanced at Kim Jaejoong and clarified, "Aren't they legends? TVXQ is tall and very dazzling. Big Bang had a friendly, positive vibe."

While discussing, they also talked about YouTube content. Kim Jaejoong asked Mimi Minu about her favorite content, and she replied, "I have over 10 series on my YouTube channel. The one I cherish the most is called 'Hell Study.' It selects students preparing for the college entrance exam and provides them with accommodation, instructors, lectures, and food, showing their study process for a year." She continued, "At the end, we announce the results live, and if they get into college, they receive a scholarship. It costs the most money. I haven't married, but it feels like I have children."

In response, Kim Jaejoong, who launched an idol group, empathized, saying, "I understand that feeling." He added, "At first, I simply wanted to support the dreams and hopes of these kids and create a good environment for them. I wanted to be that kind of person, but..." and he sighed, "It's tough."

However, he also stated, "That doesn't mean I want to say, 'It's too hard, it costs a lot of money.' If I say that, the friends who are debuting or preparing in our company will feel anxious. I don't want to give them that anxiety. I want to act like, 'Our company has a lot of money. Anytime.'" This caught attention.

In response, Mimi Minu said, "Then I should just sell my building," to which Kim Jaejoong replied, "That's my mindset. So what if I lose some of my things? If it means our kids can sing and dance on a bigger stage, that's fine," revealing the mindset of a great manager.
