EXO's Kai shared a story about gaining about 10kg during his alternative military service.
On the 1st, Kai appeared on the YouTube channel 'Theo' in the episode of 'Salon Drip 2'.
On that day, Jang Do-yeon asked Kai, who was discharged from alternative service as a social service worker in February, "Did you realize anything while living as Kim Jong-in?" Kai replied, "When I lived as Kai, I didn't know what I would do the next day. I was just focused on surviving each day. But living as Kim Jong-in, I became very plan-oriented."
Kai explained, "Since I had to be at work by 9, I would wake up at 8 and commute by bike or public transport. I served at a dementia center, where I took care of the elderly when the teachers were busy and assisted with their classes. I had specific tasks to complete each day, so I did them at the exact scheduled times."
Kai, who consistently exercised for two years, drew attention by saying, "I originally maintained 64kg at 182cm, but I gained weight to 75-78kg." He continued, "I need to dance again and return to my singing career, but when I started dancing, the dancers I had worked with for a long time said, 'This is not it.' They asked, 'Why did Kai not come back, but Kuy did?'" which brought laughter.
