Yvonne will take the mic as the DJ for 'Raise the Volume' after 30 years.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of KBS Cool FM's flagship program 'Raise the Volume' (FM 89.1MHz in the metropolitan area), actress Yvonne will appear as a special DJ on the 31st.
Yvonne, who served as the first DJ from April 1995 to October 2004, expressed, "Every moment spent with the listeners during the 9 years and 6 months was touching," and added, "Since it's been a while since I've hosted, I want to gift a happy two hours."
On this day, Park Kyung-rim will appear as a guest. Park Kyung-rim stepped into the entertainment industry after appearing on 'Yvonne's Raise the Volume' in 1998. She will share special stories, including her experience participating in the volume camp during her summer vacation in her first year of high school.
In the 30th anniversary special 'To My Volume', listeners will meet three DJs who have served the longest. Yvonne will be the special DJ on March 31, followed by Yoo In-na on April 1, and Maybe on April 2.
On April 3, a 30th anniversary ceremony will be held at KBS in Yeouido. Former DJs and production staff will gather to reminisce about the past 30 years.
'Raise the Volume', which airs every evening at 8 PM, is a representative brand of KBS Radio that started on April 3, 1995, and has produced memorable star DJs such as Yvonne, Maybe, Choi Kang-hee, Yoo In-na, and Kang Han-na. Currently, Oh My Girl's Hyojeong meets listeners with her bright and comfortable charm.
