It has been 18 years since the late actress Jeong Da-bin passed away.

She ended her life on February 10, 2007, in a villa in Gangnam, Seoul, at the age of 27.

Jeong Da-bin made her debut as a child actress in the 2000 film "The Bank Clerk 2 - Danjeokbiyeonsu," gaining recognition as "Little Choi Jin-sil" due to her resemblance to the late actress.

She later appeared in the MBC sitcom "New Nonstop," where she received great love for her unique appearance and bubbly charm. After rising to stardom with the MBC drama "Rooftop Prince" alongside actor Kim Rae-won in 2003, she solidified her status as a rom-com queen through the film "He Was Cool," based on the popular internet novel by Kyeoni.

According to her mother's wishes, it is known that she held a soul wedding (a ceremony held posthumously for those who could not marry before death) in 2011.

In 2018, on the MBC current affairs program "Youth Documentary Again, Twenty - New Nonstop Edition," fellow cast members Jo In-sung, Park Kyung-rim, and Kim Jung-hwa held a memorial for her.
