BLACKPINK's Jisoo has heightened expectations for the group's full comeback.
On the 4th, Jisoo appeared on 'Salon Drip 2' on the YouTube channel 'Theo'.
On that day, Jisoo said, "I have never actually met Jang Do-yeon. We only have an internal intimacy. She helped us."
Jang Do-yeon drew attention for stalling on stage during an awards ceremony in 2018 for BLACKPINK, who were late.
Jisoo explained the situation at that time, saying, "We were preparing and got too late. The road suddenly got blocked. So I asked the staff, 'Is it okay now?' and they said, 'It seems okay now.' I thought, 'What got delayed?'
She continued, "I saw that video later. I felt like I should say hello. I want to take this opportunity to really thank her," expressing her gratitude to Jang Do-yeon.
Meanwhile, Jisoo talked about the new album 'AMORTAGE', which will be released on the 14th. Jisoo said, "I played the new song for my parents. I played it for them during 'Flower' too, but they don't catch it right away after hearing it once. They come back every day and say, 'Let's listen to it again. I forgot.' When I say, 'No, it can't be. It has to be just once,' they feel disappointed and say, 'Why don't I have any privileges as a parent?'
The BLACKPINK members have also heard the new song. Jisoo said, "Since we have so many overseas activities, everyone except Lisa has heard it. Jennie and Rosé said, 'It's good,' and 'It suits you well.' I told them, 'You have to support me.'
Jisoo also raised expectations for BLACKPINK's full group comeback, saying, "We are planning to release an album as BLACKPINK this year. We are also planning to go on tour. I think we might be able to meet as four this year. We have to do it now."
