Lee Si-an, who is currently appearing in ‘Solo Hell 4’, has been sued for breach of an exclusive contract.
On the 21st, Leaders Entertainment stated, “Lee Si-an has clearly violated the exclusive contract with the agency and the additional agreed contract terms,” and announced that they would take legal action.
Leaders claimed, “In April 2024, as discussions about Lee Si-an’s appearance in ‘Solo Hell 4’ intensified, we prepared an annex agreement to extend the exclusive contract with Lee Si-an. However, shortly after the program filming was completed in August 2024, Lee Si-an suddenly expressed a unilateral intention to terminate the exclusive contract with Leaders.”
They continued, “Lee Si-an’s claims regarding the exclusive contract are clearly lacking in evidence,” and emphasized, “Since the establishment of the company, all contracts related to filming have been signed in the name of the Leaders representative, and during this process, Lee Si-an not only provided written consent but also engaged in substantial agreements.”
They criticized, “We believed that appearing in ‘Solo Hell 4’ would provide a significant growth opportunity for model Lee Si-an, and we have done our best to continue negotiations and support. However, ignoring the contract after the appearance and unilaterally notifying us of a suspension of activities is an act of deceiving both the company and the program production team.”
Lee Si-an, who gained recognition by appearing in ‘Produce 48’ and ‘Idol School’, is currently featured in the recently released Netflix variety show ‘Solo Hell 4’. He stated, “I have constantly dated. Now is a rare timing when I don’t have a boyfriend,” and mentioned his attractive points as “cat-like eyes, lips that make you want to kiss, and body line.”
