Ok Joo-hyun revealed her captivating visuals for 'Mata Hari'.
On the 13th, Ok Joo-hyun released a video titled 'It's Me, Okta Hari... Becoming Mata Hari' on her YouTube channel 'Nung Joo-hyun', showcasing behind-the-scenes footage of the trailer for the currently running musical 'Mata Hari'.
In the released video, Ok Joo-hyun captured attention with her enchanting presence, performing the 'Dance of the Temple', which is considered one of the highlights of the show. With meticulous detail down to her fingertips, she showcased belly dancing, perfectly transforming into 'Mata Hari' even two months before the musical's premiere, raising expectations.
After finishing the trailer shoot, Ok Joo-hyun displayed her professionalism by carefully checking and monitoring the footage. She also revealed, “I practiced belly dancing for 2 hours before the performance and 3 hours after the matinee,” showcasing her dedication as a 'Mata artisan' who has participated in all seasons since the premiere.
Wearing a red dress and a glamorous headpiece that adds to Mata Hari's mysterious charm, Ok Joo-hyun immersed herself in the trailer shoot, radiating a shining aura. After the shoot, she added, “This 'Mata Hari' will be even more special. I have put in a lot of effort to return as a true gem of the East,” urging anticipation for the production.
The musical 'Mata Hari', in which Ok Joo-hyun is performing, can be seen at the LG Arts Center Seoul, LG SIGNATURE Hall until March 2.
