Y Magazine released the December issue photoshoot and interview with Wonho on the 19th.
In the photoshoot, Wonho perfectly embodies a contrasting concept with striking and soft color contrasts, exuding both boyishness and charisma. His more mature visuals and the slightly revealed abs between his outfits excited global fans.
Last month, Wonho announced the end of his hiatus with the release of his English single "What Would You Do." "I wanted to show a new side visually," said Wonho, which is why the music video features two versions of him. He emphasized the effort put into the music video, saying, "There are fun elements hidden in the details like makeup and hair, so I hope you look closely for them."
Additionally, Wonho joined the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour, a large-scale music festival held annually by the largest media group in the U.S. He performed in Dallas on the 3rd, Chicago on the 9th, and Detroit on the 10th, with a performance in Miami scheduled for the 21st.
Regarding his current focus, Wonho expressed, "As of today, my biggest interest is undoubtedly the U.S. I'm preparing for my first fan meetup with American fans and the Jingle Ball stage after my solo debut, so I've been thinking about the U.S. a lot these days."
When asked about the fans who have supported and waited for him for a long time, he said, "I feel like I can only say thank you to Wenee (the official fan club name). They always give me strong support. I also want to be a good source of strength for Wenee."
On the 19th (local time), Wonho will conclude his first solo fan meetup tour in the U.S., "WELCOME BACK, WENEE," in Los Angeles, and will meet local fans on the Jingle Ball Tour stage in Miami on the 21st.
