STAYC's Agency: "Unauthorized Use of Yoon's Photos, Frequent Copyright Infringement"

The agency of the group STAYC has recently announced legal action regarding copyright infringement.

High Up Entertainment stated on the 18th through the official fan community Weverse, "Recently, there have been frequent cases of copyright infringement, including the unauthorized use of photos of our artist Yoon from STAYC as album covers, both online and offline."

They continued, "Such actions are violations of copyright law and constitute illegal acts that seriously infringe on the rights of the artist," adding, "The photos, videos, and other works of our artists are legally protected rights. If these are used without permission or maliciously altered, we will respond strictly according to copyright law."

The agency stated, "We are currently taking internal measures regarding this matter and prioritize the protection of our artists' rights and human rights," and added, "We will continue to monitor thoroughly to crack down on similar cases."

STAYC is preparing for the release of a new album scheduled for February next year. In April next year, they will hold the first performance of their second world tour in Seoul.
