Actress Han Ga-in personally shared her recent situation after being urgently hospitalized due to orthostatic hypotension.
On the 5th, a video titled 'The Last of Han Ga-in Meeting Her Doppelgänger Kim Dong-jun (Hospital Vlog)' was released on her YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in'.
On that day, the production team headed to the hospital with cameras to report on Han Ga-in's recovery. Han Ga-in joked, "I met Kim Dong-jun not long ago. You know that meeting your doppelgänger means you die, right? I guess it ends up being painful since we are of different genders."
Han Ga-in stated, "I couldn't stand or eat because my condition worsened, so I ended up being hospitalized. There wasn't a specific diagnosis, but once we found the cause, I started to feel much better."
When the production team joked, "There are rumors that you came to the hospital because you didn't want to see the baby," Han Ga-in replied, "I do feel happy being out. The doctor found the cause of my illness, and I got better rapidly. I found a doctor on YouTube who treated the same illness as mine."
The diagnosis revealed that the cause of her dizziness was orthostatic hypotension. She said, "I've had unexplained dizziness for 5 years, and I thought it was a sequel to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. I found a doctor on YouTube who understood my condition. I had orthostatic hypotension, but I didn't know it."
She added, "The palpitations I had at night have disappeared. I didn't drink because of the vertigo, but now I think I can drink."
Han Ga-in asked the nurse, "Did I crawl in?" and the nurse replied, "You came in with assistance."
