Mithra from the group Epik High shared the behind-the-scenes story of hosting the weddings of Two Cut and Tablo.
On the 2nd, a video titled "Hip-hop's Ransomware N-Pik High! We saved only what could be saved" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Sad Brother Shin Dong-yeob'.
On that day, Tablo drew attention by revealing that he and Two Cut had their weddings just two weeks apart. Tablo said, "Kang Hye-jung and I gathered the members at a café to announce our marriage. Just as we were about to say we were getting married, Two Cut suddenly stood up and said he was getting married to his then-girlfriend. As I was getting up, Kang Hye-jung grabbed my hand and sat me down. So we congratulated Two Cut and didn’t talk about ourselves."
Mithra revealed, "I was in a breakup state. It had only been a short time since we broke up, but they asked me to host the wedding. I thought, 'How close must we be for them to ask someone who just broke up to host their wedding?'"
Tablo explained, "(Mithra) hosted the weddings of the two members just days after his breakup, two weeks apart. So Mithra struggled for several years. Since we couldn't play together anymore, he hung out alone and with other friends. He was really having a hard time, but after Mithra got married a few years later, we actually became closer."
