Lee Hyori's demonstration of the 'Tree Pose (Vrksasana)' at a yoga studio has ignited a small challenge craze among students.
On the 24th, the official account of 'Ananda Yoga', operating in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, shared numerous photos of students following Lee Hyori's exact movements and posting their certification shots.
The sight of Lee Hyori balancing like a tree with her hands together and smiling next to a full-body panel has transformed a simple pose into a form of 'participatory play'.
Students commented, “I feel great after the class, my legs are circulating and the swelling is gone,” and “I started my day with a refreshing morning.” Another student added a candid review, saying, “Ananda teacher was quite intimidating. No mercy for beginners. Thanks to her, my shoulders are wide open,” which brought laughter.
Previously, Lee Hyori personally responded to prospective students' questions, saying, “It’s okay to be stiff, beginners are very welcome,” showcasing her friendly director persona. With the addition of participants' 'real experience reviews' after the actual class, the yoga challenge is gradually spreading.
