K-POP artist Gunwoo is accelerating his global activities by launching the Angola coloring service for his solo title track 'SHOT'. He has been officially invited to perform at the Angola border commemorative event on October 4, where he will connect directly with local fans.
Last year, HENNY, an artist from the same agency, made headlines by becoming the first Korean singer to be listed in the coloring service of Angola's largest telecommunications company, Unitel, and performed at the national holiday event.
This time, Gunwoo takes over that baton, proving once again the potential for K-POP's expansion in the African music market.

The song 'SHOT', released as a coloring, features a straightforward rap and striking brass sounds, designed to convey Gunwoo's unique energy even as a call connection tone. Root Entertainment stated, "We are diversifying consumption touchpoints beyond streaming and short forms to strengthen communication with global fans," and added, "We will further accelerate our entry into the African and Southeast Asian markets through Gunwoo's performance in Angola."
Gunwoo expressed, "I am happy that a 'SHOT' launched from the stage is now resonating as a coloring in the daily lives of fans," and promised, "I will repay with an even stronger performance on the Angola stage on October 4."
Meanwhile, the official Angola border commemorative event that Gunwoo has been invited to is a large-scale event organized by the government and public institutions, and the participation of Korean artists is expected to further expand the cultural exchange between the two countries.
