IVE (An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, Lee Seo) is set to appear on ‘Crazy Rich Korean’.

IVE will feature on the KBS 2TV entertainment program ‘Crazy Rich Korean’ airing on the afternoon of the 17th, where they will reveal behind-the-scenes stories from their recent participation in the massive global music festival ‘Lollapalooza Berlin’.

‘Crazy Rich Korean’ is a human reality show that delves deeply into the lives, philosophies, and passions of K-people who have achieved success in various fields through their dedication to their main professions. This episode will focus solely on IVE, capturing not only the preparation process for their performance but also the live concert itself, highlighting IVE's true value as a global artist.

Last year, IVE successfully performed on their first overseas large festival stage at ‘Lollapalooza Chicago’. With a high-quality live performance that matched the full band, they earned the title of emerging ‘K-Peppers (Festival Performers)’. Last month, they took the stage at both ‘Lollapalooza Berlin’ and ‘Lollapalooza Paris’, further solidifying their position as a representative K-pop group.

As viewers' attention is focused on IVE's ‘Lollapalooza’ experience, a recently released teaser includes some behind-the-scenes footage from the ‘Lollapalooza Berlin’ performance, sparking curiosity. In the video, the members express their concerns about the weather, saying, “If there’s even one lightning strike today, the performance will be canceled,” and show their surprise at unexpected situations, raising anticipation for what stories will unfold in the main broadcast.

Debuting on December 1, 2021, with ‘ELEVEN’, IVE made a stunning entrance by sweeping rookie awards and major awards at various year-end ceremonies. Following that, they held a total of 37 performances in 28 cities across 19 countries during their first world tour ‘SHOW WHAT I HAVE’ in 2023, meeting over 420,000 fans, and proving their global strength by performing on the ‘Lollapalooza’ stage in three cities for two consecutive years, a first for a K-pop girl group.

IVE has recently confirmed their comeback on the 25th and is intensifying their final preparations for activities. After receiving much love from music fans both domestically and internationally with their third mini-album ‘IVE EMPATHY’ released in February, IVE is expected to showcase an even more expanded and deepened musical color with their new release ‘IVE SECRET’ and the title track ‘XOXZ’.
