Actor Jung Il-woo confessed the extreme fear he experienced while battling a brain aneurysm.

"I didn't know when I would die," his words weighed heavily on the hearts of those who heard them. However, what ultimately lifted him was 'exercise.'

On July 31, Jung Il-woo appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel 'GYM JONG KOOK.' Kim Jong-kook cautiously mentioned his health status, saying, "I heard that Jung Il-woo had a serious accident after his debut, and that his blood pressure shouldn't rise."

Jung Il-woo was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm after a car accident in 2006, which led him to experience depression. During the broadcast, he seemed to recall the time when he felt, "It was a ticking time bomb of a disease, and I didn't know when I would die. It was scary and I was trembling."

On that day’s broadcast, Jung Il-woo said, "I've come to enjoy exercising lately, so I contacted Kim Jong-kook. I want to maintain my health through exercise." He also shared, "I manage my diet every day. I'm looking for delicious and healthy options."

Kim Jong-kook expressed concern for his wrist health, advising, "If your wrist joints are not good, it's better to wear a brace." In response, Jung Il-woo revealed, "I developed arthritis as a result of the aftereffects of a wrist injury."

Meanwhile, Jung Il-woo will appear in the KBS2 drama 'Splendid Days,' which premieres on August 9. He is set to return to the small screen as an assistant in the SV team of a comprehensive construction materials company.
