Son Yeon-jae candidly shared her thoughts while reminiscing about her first meeting with her husband.
In her second year of marriage and now a mother to a son, Son Yeon-jae recalled the day of the blind date, saying, “I thought it was a disaster that day.”
On the 31st, Son Yeon-jae revealed past episodes shared with her husband in a video uploaded to her YouTube channel. In the video, she said, “It was a blind date, but my husband didn’t talk to me and only chatted with his friends. I went out dressed lightly in the cold, and I really thought it was a disaster that day.”
She continued, “That day, he didn’t even ask for my number, and there was no follow-up,” conveying the absurd atmosphere at the time. In response to Son Yeon-jae’s words, her husband joked, “You seduced me. It was flirting,” which brought laughter.
In the video, Son Yeon-jae looked at her husband with a loving expression and playfully complained, “Why didn’t you contact me? Did you plan to never see me again?” Her husband replied, “At first, it felt more like having a meal with a celebrity than a blind date between a man and a woman.”
Son Yeon-jae expressed, “I miss the time when I was pregnant. Back then, I didn’t say anything, but these days I nag,” sharing the small changes in their married life. Her husband agreed, saying, “I sometimes miss the days when it was just the two of us hanging out.”
Meanwhile, Son Yeon-jae married her husband, who is 9 years older and works in finance, in 2022, and welcomed their son, Jun-yeon, last year.
