Actor Park Ji-hoon will appear in the drama 'Becoming a Legendary Cook'.
‘Becoming a Legendary Cook’ (written by Choi Ryong, directed by Jo Nam-hyung, produced by Studio Dragon, Studio N, provided by TVING) is based on a popular web novel and webtoon of the same name. It is a military comedy-drama where a cook, who trades a sword for a kitchen knife and a belt for an apron, embarks on a quest to become a legend. The show is expected to include extraordinary cooking and elements that resonate with the youth of this era.
In the drama, Park Ji-hoon plays the role of Kang Sung-jae, a young man who works hard despite a difficult family environment. After enlisting in the military, Kang Sung-jae gains unexpected abilities and transforms into a cook, challenging himself to level up through a quest screen that appears following a strange voice. Following the enthusiastic response from global viewers to the Netflix original series 'Weak Hero Class 2', he is expected to showcase a new charm with his deepened acting skills.
As he has openly identified as a 'military enthusiast', curiosity is rising about the cook character that Park Ji-hoon will portray.
Meanwhile, Park Ji-hoon began his acting career in earnest with the JTBC drama 'Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency'.
