Honey J and Aiki from 'Street Woman Fighter 3' met with the Australian team Age Squad and apologized for the earlier 'curse controversy'.
On the 7th, a pre-released video from the Mnet dancer survival show 'World of Street Woman Fighter' (hereafter 'Street Woman Fighter 3') was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'The Dance'.
The video features Honey J and Aiki visiting Age Squad's base on the day of the elimination battle.
Honey J expressed, "I want to say sorry again by looking at your faces," and Aiki also apologized, saying, "I'm sorry."
In response, Age Squad members Kyra and Kaia said, "Don't worry. We weren't upset. We don't care," adding, "We love you too."
On June 21, Honey J faced backlash for her comments in a reaction video to 'Street Woman Fighter 3' released on dancer Hyojin Choi's personal YouTube channel 'Today as Well, Choi Hyojin', where she said, "Is that dancing? That's XX," while watching a rival team's dancer. Additionally, a scene where Aiki used the phrase "You XX" also sparked controversy.
Afterward, Honey J stated, "I reacted strongly towards the rival dancer while being immersed in the situation," and added, "I conveyed my apologies directly to the rival crew dancers as soon as I realized the situation." Aiki also reflected, saying, "I sincerely apologize to those who felt uncomfortable due to my emotionally intense expressions at that time."
Meanwhile, 'Street Woman Fighter 3' airs every Tuesday at 10 PM.
