CGV announced on the 4th that it will broadcast the ‘2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game’ live in theaters on the 12th at Daejeon Hanwha Life Eagles Park in collaboration with the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO). Following the live broadcasts of regular season games held every Sunday this season, CGV plans to expand the festive atmosphere of baseball fans to theaters nationwide by live streaming the All-Star Game, a celebration for baseball fans.
The ‘2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game’ will be broadcast live in 18 theaters nationwide, with 12 of them, including CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall, also offering SCREENX LIVE.
SCREENX LIVE is a theater live broadcast that expands the real-time game scenes not only on the central screen but also on the left and right walls, providing an overwhelming sense of presence with 5.1 channel surround sound, allowing viewers to watch the game and cheering sections from various perspectives in a new theater baseball viewing format.
To celebrate the live broadcast of the ‘2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game’, CGV has prepared various on-site events. After the end of the 5th inning, the ‘CGV Cleaning Time Show’, which received a warm response at the ‘2024 KBO All-Star Game’, will be held once again. The CGV Cleaning Time Show, which was first held last year, featured a special performance by the popular domestic band ‘DAY6’, which garnered significant attention. This year, the group sound ‘Jannabi’ and singer ‘Lee Mujin’ will grace the CGV Cleaning Time Show stage.
Additionally, on the 11th and 12th, a pop-up booth will be operated at Daejeon Hanwha Life Eagles Park, where the ‘2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game’ will take place, showcasing audience participation programs such as mini-games, prize giveaways, and SCREENX LIVE photo zone certification events.

Meanwhile, this weekend, the ‘Hanwha Eagles vs. Kiwoom Heroes’ game and the ‘LG Twins vs. Samsung Lions’ game will be available at CGV. The ‘Hanwha Eagles vs. Kiwoom Heroes’ game, taking place on the 6th at 2 PM at Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome, will be broadcast live at CGV Daejeon, Yongsan I-Park Mall, Cheonan Pentaport, and Cheongju (Seomun). The ‘LG Twins vs. Samsung Lions’ game, taking place on the 6th at 6 PM at Daegu Samsung Lions Park, will be available at CGV Gangbyeon, Guro, and Daegu Academy.
