Choi Kang-hee was momentarily speechless upon seeing the results. Although her weight increased, her body had changed.
Recently, a video titled "What is Choi Kang-hee's Secret to Losing 7.7% Body Fat?" was released on the YouTube channel 'I Am Choi Kang-hee.'
In the video, Choi Kang-hee underwent a body composition test using an InBody machine. Her weight had actually increased by 1kg, but her body fat percentage dropped from 23.1% to 15.4%, and her muscle mass increased by 2kg.

The trainer was amazed by the results, saying, "You have the body of an athlete," and Choi Kang-hee responded with surprise, "Isn't this broken?" However, she calmly explained that the secret to her transformation was simply eating less junk food.

The revealed diet consisted of a balanced protein-centered menu including muesli, apples, eggs, and steak. This result, which showed a change possible without a workout routine or high-intensity training, particularly highlighted the importance of diet.

"I just cut down on junk food, and I got the body of an athlete," as one comment noted, this transformation was seen as a hopeful sign that change can happen without overexertion. Choi Kang-hee has once again renewed herself.
