Comedian Yoon Jung-soo has announced his final diet.
On the 9th, Yoon Jung-soo revealed his weight of 105kg and expressed his determination to "lose weight and transform from an uncle to an older brother."
He shared that he had tried various methods in the past, including diet injections and liposuction, but faced yo-yo dieting and ultimately ended up gaining more weight.
"After liposuction, my stomach became so hard that it pressed on my organs, and it was hard to even breathe," he confessed.
Yoon Jung-soo acknowledged that his rapid weight gain was due to his eating habits of replacing meals with nachos and a lifestyle centered around delivery food. He said, "I would wake up, go back to sleep, and eat a bag of nachos as a basic meal," adding, "I felt like I would really become an 'uncle' if I continued like this, so I decided to go on a diet."
He continued, "I felt like my chances of meeting someone decreased, and my social appeal was fading. This time, I really want to change."
Meanwhile, Yoon Jung-soo previously revealed on KBS2's 'The Men Who Cook Season 2' in 2021 that he had failed to manage his abdominal fat after liposuction.
Recently, Yoon Jung-soo also mentioned that during a fortune-telling session, a shaman told him, "You will have good luck in love within three years," which has rekindled his hopes for marriage.
