The Cannes Series stated, "The music of 'S-Line' expressed an emotional connection to the story in a new and fresh way," explaining the reason for selecting it for the music award. Director Ahn Joo-young, who took the stage to accept the award, expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you for inviting us to the prestigious Cannes International Series Festival and for the award. Those who love films and dramas know how meaningful Cannes is. 'S-Line' is a work created by all of us together. I would like to thank the producers, the PD, the actors, and especially music director Lee Jun-oh, who won the music award, and his wonderful music. We will work hard to create more fun and good works in the future."

Lee Jun-oh, the music director of 'S-Line', is a member of the electronic band 'Casker' and has been active as a music director for films and dramas. He has contributed to various genres in films such as 'The Terror Live', 'Little Forest', 'PMC: The Bunker', and 'Yacha', as well as dramas like 'Transaction' and 'Queen Woohee', enhancing the immersion of the works with his music.

Music director Lee Jun-oh stated, "I consider it a great honor to win the music award at Cannes Series. 'S-Line' was created in a free working environment. I thank director Ahn Joo-young and the production company Sidus for their trust. I will share this joy with composer Son Jung, with whom I worked together."

The award for 'S-Line' could be anticipated through the enthusiastic response during the official screening held successfully on the 27th (local time). After the screening, the audience, filling the 2,000 seats of the Lumière Grand Theatre, gave a standing ovation and continued to shower the work with warm praise.

Major foreign media outlets commented, "Shockingly very interesting." (A Daily Crow), "The overall atmosphere of the world view, including sexual relationships, crime elements, and chase scenes, is very intriguing." (Deadline), "A discovery of a very talented director. I am even more curious as it is said that the released episodes 1 and 2 are school-themed, and later episodes will deal with adult themes." (Vanity Fair), expressing high expectations for the released episodes and the unique setting and world view of the work.

'S-Line' depicts a story where a red line, known as the S-Line, appears above the heads of people who have established sexual relationships, regardless of time and place. Based on the webtoon of the same name by popular webtoon artist 'Kkomabi', known for the Netflix series 'Murderer o Nankam', it is regarded as a representative work that distinctly showcases the author's personality, dealing with themes that penetrate the essence of humanity while building a unique world view in each work. The drama 'S-Line' has heightened curiosity as it brings the original's unique world view to life through the performances of actors like Lee Soo-hyuk, Lee Da-hee, and Arin, who possess various charms and acting skills.

Meanwhile, the drama 'S-Line', which is raising expectations with the news of winning the Cannes Series music award, is set to be released in South Korea in 2025.
