Singer Wheesung has passed away at the age of 43.
Wheesung's agency, Tajo Entertainment, released an official statement on the 10th, saying, “We are deeply sorry to convey this heartbreaking and tragic news. Today, our artist Wheesung has left us. He was found in a state of cardiac arrest at his home in Seoul and was pronounced dead.”
They continued, “The sudden news has left his family, as well as fellow artists and staff at Tajo Entertainment, in deep mourning. It breaks our hearts to deliver this sad news to the fans who have given Wheesung their unwavering support and love. We ask that you pray for his peace so that Wheesung can rest comfortably.”
Meanwhile, Wheesung debuted in 2002 with his first album 'Like A Movie' and gained much love with numerous hit songs such as 'With Me', 'Incurable Disease', 'Love is Delicious', 'Insomnia', 'I Thought About Marriage', and 'A Heart-Wrenching Story'.
