Kim Kyubin from ZEROBASEONE, Dohun from TWS, and Eina from Hearts2Hearts will join as the new MCs for MBC's 'Show! Music Core'. The three will have their first broadcast on the 1st and are expected to bring vibrant energy every Saturday afternoon.
Kim Kyubin, who showcased great chemistry with the existing MCs as a special MC for five weeks from August to September last year, led the scene with a lively atmosphere and timely reactions, leaving a strong impression on viewers.
Ahead of his first broadcast as a regular MC, he expressed, "I am so happy and thrilled to become the MC of 'Show! Music Core', which I have dreamed of. I will approach this role seriously yet with wit, giving my best and sincere effort."
Dohun also served as a special MC for 'Show! Music Core' twice in February and July last year, and recently challenged himself as an MC for the '2024 MBC Music Festival', showcasing stable hosting skills and versatile talent, proving his potential as an MC. Dohun shared, "I have fond memories of being a special MC for 'Show! Music Core' at the beginning of my debut, and I am so happy to be able to become a fixed MC after a year. I am excited to meet the 42 (official fan club name) and viewers every Saturday, and I will show my hard work in the future."
Eina, who has been selected as the youngest MC for 'Show! Music Core', is a member of the rookie girl group Hearts2Hearts, which debuted on the 24th, showcasing diverse charms and receiving explosive reactions from fans. As the youngest MC of 'Show! Music Core', Eina will present her bubbly charm without reservation, stating, "I grew my dream of becoming a singer by watching the stages of many seniors on 'Show! Music Core', and I am truly honored and happy to take on the role of MC." She also expressed her determination, saying, "I want to create a pleasant Saturday for the viewers of 'Show! Music Core' with my bright energy."
Meanwhile, on March 1, 'Show! Music Core' will surprise viewers with behind-the-scenes footage of the new MCs' first meeting during a poster shoot, raising anticipation.
MBC's 'Show! Music Core', featuring Kim Kyubin from ZEROBASEONE, Dohun from TWS, and Eina from Hearts2Hearts in a three-MC system, will air on Saturday, March 1, at 3:20 PM.
