Singer Kwon Jin-ah was surprised by the stage of participant Lee Ha-yoon.
The second round of the finals was depicted in the SBS broadcast of 'Our Ballad' on the 14th.
In the first match of the day, Lee Ha-yoon, who ranked 10th despite being in poor condition, faced off against Park Seo-jung, who transitioned from dance to music and entered the competition as the top student.
Lee Ha-yoon chose the song "Emergency Room" by izi, which is the OST of the drama 'The Great Merchant Chunhyang'. Lee Ha-yoon expressed, "I was a bit lacking in the first round because my throat wasn't good, but didn't I get a lot of button presses? Today, I want to show improved skills and make sure those who pressed the button don't regret it."
After Lee Ha-yoon's stage ended, the top nine representatives gave a standing ovation. Jeon Hyun-moo praised, "In old terms, you are the high note terminator. Beyond interpreting and delivering the song, your high notes were clean and pleasant to listen to." Kwon Jin-ah complimented, "It's so shocking. I had the thought, 'How well can a kid do?' but you were born with the talent to make music sound fun."
