Comedian Lee Soo-ji is set to end her exclusive contract with her agency and enter the FA (free agent) market.
According to reports on the 7th, Lee Soo-ji is expected to conclude her exclusive contract with IHQ. In relation to this, IHQ acknowledged the end of Lee Soo-ji's contract but responded cautiously, stating that there are no established plans for a re-signing.
Lee Soo-ji has been active under an exclusive contract with IHQ since 2022. Recently, she has gained significant attention by portraying the character known as ‘Daechi Mom’, a parent from Daechi-dong, on her YouTube channel ‘Hot Issue Ji’.
Lee Soo-ji debuted as a comedian in 2008 through SBS's 10th open recruitment. She later re-debuted as a comedian in 2012 through KBS's 27th open recruitment, starting to gain recognition as a member of ‘Gag Concert’.
