A couple in their teenage years appeared on 'Oh Eun-young Report - Marriage Hell'.

On October 13th, at 10:50 PM, the MBC entertainment program 'Oh Eun-young Report - Marriage Hell' (hereafter 'Marriage Hell') revealed the story of a 'teenage couple' who displayed tumultuous adolescent behavior.

At just 26, the 'teenage couple' has already become parents to five children, stating, "Even though we've raised five kids, parenting is still challenging," as they visited the 'Marriage Hell' studio. This broadcast achieved a Nielsen Korea rating of 0.8% among viewers aged 20-49 in the metropolitan area, ranking first in its time slot across all channels.

The couple, who have been married for seven years, shocked everyone when the wife confessed, "I had my first child in the 8th grade. It was a time of confusion." They are currently raising a total of five children: two sons from before their marriage and three daughters with her husband.

During the episode, the couple exchanged harsh words in front of their children, evoking concern. The husband revealed, "We met when we were young, and our way of speaking has remained the same since then." Dr. Oh Eun-young pointed out, "The way they talk and behave is typical of older siblings during their teenage years."

The husband's 'parenting avoidance' was also a problem. After the wife left for work, the husband, who was supposed to take over parenting duties, went straight to the bedroom and lay down as soon as he got home. Moreover, he called his wife during her shift to say, "(The kids) won't sleep without mom," trying to coax her into coming home early. When she hurried back, he jokingly said, "You said you could only work for three hours," provoking anger from viewers.

Later, the husband left the house alone and headed to a car wash. While the wife was putting the kids to bed alone, he became engrossed in washing cars until after midnight, even washing a friend's car. Dr. Oh Eun-young sharply questioned, "The husband has zero parenting skills. Is a car more valuable than your child?" She added, "Raising children is a joint effort, not just helping out. There is a lack of basic mindset and understanding as a parent."

Additionally, while driving, the husband shouted abusive language at a car that changed lanes abruptly, saying, "If it weren't for the broadcast, you'd be XXX," and "X, that's infuriating." The wife expressed concern about her husband's road rage, saying, "There are times he chases after other cars." Regarding this behavior, Dr. Oh Eun-young analyzed, "The husband has anxiety. His sense of parenting efficacy is low, and he likely has financial worries. However, he may see driving as something he can control, which helps reduce his anxiety."

On the other hand, the husband worried about his wife's fiery temperament, as she often argued with neighbors. The wife admitted, "I get angry when I have to tell the kids something. I wonder if having kids at a young age makes me dismissive." Dr. Oh Eun-young explained, "Becoming a mother at a young age likely subjected her to harsh judgment from those around her. She may not see adults as trustworthy figures."

At the end of the broadcast, Dr. Oh Eun-young expressed regret that the 'teenage couple' had not learned the basics they should have naturally acquired in their childhood. She advised the wife to avoid using an irritated tone and encouraged the husband to participate in parenting rather than escape it, urging both to use proper titles for each other.
