26-year-old delivery driver Jeong Sang-bin revealed the secret to saving 300 million won over six years of working in delivery.

On the broadcast of tvN's entertainment program ‘You Quiz on the Block’ (hereafter ‘You Quiz’) on the 1st, delivery driver Jeong Sang-bin appeared as a guest.

He stated that he started working in delivery at the age of 20, explaining, “At first, I delivered 15 packages, and the next day I received 60 packages to deliver. (At that time) it was raining a lot. I started at 10 AM and it took 12 hours.”

Initially starting on a salary basis, he transitioned to a job where he was paid per delivery as he gained experience and know-how. Jeong Sang-bin shared, “To increase the number of deliveries, I ran as much as possible. Even on my days off, I went to the delivery area to see the routes with my own eyes. I memorized all the addresses by looking at the map. Just by looking at the invoice, I could understand everything,” revealing the secrets behind his delivery expertise.

Currently, the income from deliveries is about 600 to 800 won per package. Jeong Sang-bin said, “If multiple packages are delivered to one house, I can earn more income,” adding, “The most I delivered to one house was 70 packages. It was for an idol CD, Stray Kids. It was so great,” which brought laughter.

While the average delivery driver delivers about 300 packages a day, Jeong Sang-bin delivers up to 700 packages in a day. He works with one day off a week and explained, “Usually, my monthly income is between 12 million to 13 million won.” He added, “I spend about 4 million won on living expenses and save the rest.”

Meanwhile, Jeong Sang-bin gained attention for revealing that he earns over 12 million won a month from delivery and has saved 300 million won so far on the recently aired KBS2 educational program ‘Good Morning Korea’.
