Father Lee Chang-min revealed that he dreamed of being an idol.
On the 24th, tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' featured guests including Monk Deok-gyeong, Father Lee Chang-min, and Pastor Lee Ye-jun.
On that day, Father Lee Chang-min caught attention by saying, "In fact, my real dream was to be an idol." He continued, "When I was 20, I auditioned for numerous places. I failed all auditions for the three major agencies: JYP, YG, and SM," he laughed.
Father Lee Chang-min recalled, "After failing the auditions, I joined the Everland parade. I played the role of a jellyfish there. Then I enlisted in the military. While I was in the army, my father passed away after battling cancer. In that difficult situation, I met a nun, and thanks to the peace and comfort she provided, I was able to overcome my hardships."
He continued, "Even after I was discharged, the nun kept in touch with me. She told me to definitely watch 'Don't Cry Tonz.' After watching it, I reflected, 'I have been living only for my own happiness.' After that, I chose the path of a priest."
