Creator Jjuyang, who has '12.4 million subscribers', revealed the reason for her first fixed variety show appearance.
On the morning of the 19th, a production presentation for the new variety show 'Where It Will Bounce' produced jointly by ENA, NXT, and Comedy TV was held at the Stanford Hotel located in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The cast members Kim Dae-ho, Ahn Jae-hyun, Jjuyang, and Jonathan attended the event.
'Where It Will Bounce' is a 'No Booking Impromptu Restaurant Tour Variety Show' that finds life-changing restaurants solely based on relay recommendations from restaurant owners, without a prepared list or pre-planned course.
On this day, Jjuyang said, “While I was mainly active on YouTube, the PD had been contacting me continuously. I felt sorry and thought I would at least go to meet and greet him, but he spoke so calmly and said, ‘You don’t have to feel burdened,’ so I decided to appear right there on the spot,” she explained.
Jonathan mentioned, “My acquaintances found out that I would be doing a program with Jjuyang and asked me to check if she really eats well,” and added, “But she really does eat well and talks comfortably while eating, but the amount has changed.”
He continued, “The other three sometimes say ‘I’m full,’ but Jjuyang never does that,” and added, “She often looks at the menu thinking about what to eat next after finishing a meal.”
'Where It Will Bounce' will premiere on the 21st at 7:50 PM.
