On the broadcast of KBS2’s ‘1 Night 2 Days Season 4’ on the 14th, the second story of the same-day leave special ‘Home Sweet Home’ unfolded in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province. The viewership rating was 6.9% (based on Nielsen Korea nationwide), ranking first in its time slot. Immediately, the ‘Bicycle Visual Acuity’ game was held, where Lee Joon, DinDin, and Yoo Seon-ho won the game and secured the main dish of the lunch, cold noodle soup.
After lunch, the ‘1 Night 2 Days’ team headed to a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna). A quiz competition based on a fairy tale was held in the hot steam room, and the production team announced that this competition would determine not only dinner but also the first protagonist of the same-day leave, raising the members' focus even higher.

As the three walked with their spirits low, they were given one last chance for same-day leave, leading to a final game to determine the last protagonist of the same-day leave through a KBS access card lottery.
The same-day leave ticket was the access card chosen by Jo Se-ho, who dramatically secured his leave and knelt down in tears, overwhelmed with emotion. As Jo Se-ho succeeded in a buzzer-beater same-day leave just before midnight, Kim Jong-min and Yoo Seon-ho looked on bitterly and moved to the editing room of the ‘1 Night 2 Days’ production team, where they would spend the ‘Harsh Night’. The two spent a long night sleeping in different editing rooms.
The next morning, a mysterious plate of dumplings and a mission card were delivered to the editing room where Kim Jong-min and Yoo Seon-ho were sleeping. The mission card contained the message, ‘If you collect the plate in 5 minutes and the two of you have left a total of 3 dumplings, you can leave immediately.’
Still half-asleep, Kim Jong-min and Yoo Seon-ho began eating the dumplings with vacant expressions reminiscent of the movie ‘Oldboy’. After 5 minutes, when their plate was checked, the two had left exactly 3 dumplings after just one attempt, successfully achieving immediate leave.
The long-awaited return of the ‘1 Night 2 Days’ same-day leave special raised the members' dopamine levels to the peak, providing viewers with even more thrilling entertainment.
