On the broadcast of JTBC’s ‘Divorce Counseling Camp’ on the 21st, the solution process of the last couple of the 14th season, the ‘Angry Couple’, was revealed.
The husband of the ‘Angry Couple’, who poured out his anger regardless of time, place, or person, revealed his true feelings through a solution session with counselor Lee Ho-sun. Counselor Lee asked, “When was the last time you smiled?” and accurately pinpointed the loneliness and helplessness he felt. He offered calm comfort, saying he liked the sentence ‘I want to live’ from the husband’s sentence completion test, which eventually brought the husband to tears.
Counselor Lee also firmly advised the wife, who was having a dispute with her husband over her desire to expose herself, to choose between the ‘desire to show herself’ and the ‘desire to protect the family’. The wife immediately changed her clothes, signaling a positive change.
During the subsequent mirror therapy psychodrama, the ‘Angry Couple’ was shocked and reflected on their usual behavior as they observed themselves objectively. The husband could not hold back his anger in various situations in daily life, and the wife, who insisted on revealing outfits, stated, “I exposed myself so that you would look at me more instead of other women.”
However, during the solution process, the couple felt embarrassed as they reenacted their usual behavior through the performances of Park Ha-sun and Jin Tae-hyun, and they vowed to change. They also discovered a commonality in their deep wounds from the absence of their parents during childhood, taking time to understand each other's pain.
As the ‘Angry Couple’ set aside their pride and vowed to change, the final adjustment process of the 14th season couples will be revealed on the 28th at 10:30 PM on JTBC’s ‘Divorce Counseling Camp’.
