Comedian Lee Soo-geun has decided to receive condolences following the passing of his father.
On the 6th, his agency Big Planet Made Entertainment stated, "Due to numerous inquiries regarding condolences, we have decided to receive them after consulting with the family."
The memorial service is set to be held in Room 35 of the Asan Medical Center funeral hall in Seoul. The funeral will be held on the 7th. The burial site is the National Cemetery of Seoul.
Previously, the agency announced the day before, "Lee Soo-geun's father passed away today due to a chronic illness. He was 81 years old." They also mentioned that the funeral procedures would be conducted quietly with family and relatives.
Following the news of Lee Soo-geun's father's passing, the recording of the JTBC variety program 'Knowing Bros' scheduled for the 7th has been canceled.
Meanwhile, Lee Soo-geun is currently appearing in 'Knowing Bros', 'Han Moon-cheol's Black Box Review', and 'Ask Anything'.
