In the third episode of KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘My Girlfriend is a Grown Man’ (written by Lee Hae-na, directed by Yoo Kwan-mo), Park Yoon-jae (Yoon San-ha) is enjoying happy moments with his girlfriend Kim Ji-eun (Arin), who has returned to her original self, when suddenly Kim Ji-eun transforms into the handsome Kim Ji-hoon (Yoo Jeong-hoo), causing confusion once again.
Eventually, Kim Ji-hoon brings up the topic of breaking up with Park Yoon-jae, but Park Yoon-jae declares that he cannot let go of his feelings yet, creating a heart-fluttering moment.

When Park Yoon-jae's parents arrive at the emergency room, Kang Min-joo smiles brightly and shows her affection, leaving Kim Ji-hoon, who is bewildered by her sudden change, with a look of grievance. It raises anticipation for how this unprecedented situation of Park Yoon-jae's emergency will affect the relationship between Park Yoon-jae, Kim Ji-hoon, and Kang Min-joo, as Kim Ji-hoon's longing and Kang Min-joo's jealousy are set to explode in this scene.
Before filming, Yoo Jeong-hoo and Chuu put their heads together to passionately express the intense back-and-forth between Kim Ji-hoon and Kang Min-joo.
