Comedian Lee Yong-joo is becoming a married man.
On the 24th, Lee announced on his SNS, “Hello, this is Lee Yong-joo. I am writing to share some news with you along with an early Lunar New Year greeting,” and added, “I am getting married.”
He continued, “I plan to hold the wedding before the cold weather passes, and it will be a small and quiet ceremony with family, relatives, and elders from my family,” and said, “The person I am marrying is someone who lives an ordinary life, but is very special to me.”
Lee expressed, “Thanks to the overwhelming love you have given me, I have been able to grow little by little despite my ups and downs. Now, I have someone I want to love as much as I love myself, and I wanted to share this precious news with you,” and added, “I want to live a life that resonates with you, creating small joys in everyday life as a way to give back. I hope for your continued support in the future.”
Lee Yong-joo debuted as a comedian through SBS’s ‘Laughing Search’ in 2016, after being a part of SBS’s 16th open recruitment for comedians. He currently runs the YouTube channel ‘Pisik University’ with comedians Kim Min-soo and Jung Jae-hyung.
