Announcer Kim Jae-won hosted the last Tuesday guest segment of 'Morning Yard'.
On the KBS1 'Morning Yard' broadcast on the 29th, announcer Kim Jae-won said, "This is my last Tuesday guest segment with you," and added, "I will be leaving 'Morning Yard' this Thursday, the 31st."
He continued, "Thank you for all the support and encouragement through the comments. I hope we can create a beautiful farewell today," as he announced the start of 'Morning Yard'.
Additionally, announcer Kim Jae-won reassured viewers, saying, "Many are worried about how 'Morning Yard' will go on without me, but don't worry. Announcer Park Cheol-kyu is well-prepared and is here watching right now," encouraging his junior Park Cheol-kyu.
He added, "It may seem like I am leading 'Morning Yard', but there are over 50 staff members working together. It's not like a national skating athlete is retiring, but rather like substituting one player from the national soccer team. Lee Kwang-ki and Park Ae-ri will take good care of it, so I will step back without worry."
In response, Ga Ae-ran said, "That one player is Park Ji-sung, so it breaks my heart," and jokingly added, "Can you not sit in the guest seat around 2028? I will wait."
Lee Kwang-ki also requested, "Please come as a guest while we are here," to which Kim Jae-won humorously replied, "That won't be easy for this company."
In conclusion, announcer Kim Jae-won said, "Every Tuesday has been a day of traveling with people. I thank everyone who participated in the Tuesday guest segment. The journey of people and the lessons learned from their lives have been nourishment for all of us. This is the end of my time with you. I will be with you again tomorrow."
Having been a part of 'Morning Yard' for a long time, announcer Kim Jae-won has recently decided to take honorary retirement and will leave after the broadcast on the 31st. His successor will be announcer Park Cheol-kyu, who recently hosted the Friday segment of 'Morning Yard'.
