Shin Jung-hwan, a broadcaster from the male duo Country Kkokko, has targeted Shoo from the group S.E.S., who has been embroiled in controversy over habitual gambling abroad.

On the 21st, the YouTube channel 'Channel Gojeonghae' posted a video titled 'Is this a scam gambling this time?' In the video, YouTuber Kim Seul-ki, known as 'Pro Tazza', appeared.

Here, when the device called 'Shoo-tong' was introduced, Shin Jung-hwan greeted, "How have you been?" and said, "This is my friend Shoo-tong." When Kim Seul-ki remarked, "It looks like a shoe? That's why it's Shoo," Shin Jung-hwan responded, "So that's why it was called Shoo. It's not because S.E.S. Shoo is famous," which left everyone in silence.

Shin Jung-hwan then mentioned, "Shoo did an interview, and I saw an article that was so absurd. She did the same thing and said, 'Jung-hwan oppa is illegal gambling, I'm not, I did it openly, I'm different from Shin Jung-hwan,'" bringing up the past.

When asked, "(To Shoo) How did you feel after seeing that article?" Shin Jung-hwan replied, "It’s messed up. XXXX," and added, "Why are you talking about me? If you were going to talk, you should have included Kang Byeong-kyu! I did it 15 years ago, and you are the latest version, right? You are the one who borrowed millions to gamble and ended up like that, aren't you?"

He continued, "Some are illegal and some are legal, should I just throw it all out there?" expressing his anger, surprising everyone.

Previously, Shin Jung-hwan was embroiled in controversy over illegal casino gambling in 2005 and later over gambling trips to the Philippines in 2010. Ultimately, he suspended his entertainment activities and has been living in Singapore in self-reflection.

Afterward, he cautiously made a return to the entertainment industry in 2017, communicating through his personal YouTube channel without participating in variety shows.

Shoo has been under scrutiny for habitual gambling abroad, including in Macau, from August 2016 to May 2018. In 2019, she was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for two years. Recently, it has been reported that she is active as a health food entrepreneur.
