'Boys Planet' has embarked on the creation of a global group that encompasses Korea and the Chinese-speaking regions.

On the 16th, a production presentation for Mnet's new audition program 'Boys Planet' was held at The Saint in Sindorim-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by CP Kim Shin-young, PDs Jung Woo-young and Ko Jeong-kyung, as well as common masters Lim Han-byeol, Hyorin, Baek Gu-young, Just This, K-master Lee Seok-hoon, Kinky, Kani, C-master Kim Jae-joong, Xiao Ting, and Jayrik.

With a record-breaking 160 participants, 'Boys Planet' promises an unprecedented scale in survival history. The participants are 'Alpha Boys' equipped with evolved K-pop DNA in all areas such as vocals, dance, and rap, raising expectations for the birth of an all-rounder alpha boy group. Beyond simple viewing, they plan to visualize 'the combinations I created,' drawing attention to their chosen 'one pick.'

Set to premiere on the 17th and 18th at 9:20 PM, 'Boys Planet' is receiving global fandom expectations with its unprecedented scale and composition, fitting the title of 'K-pop World Scale Debut Project.' Boys from two different planets, K Planet and C Planet, embark on a journey towards the sun, uniting participants primarily from Korean and Chinese-speaking regions.

CP Kim stated, "In Season 1, there were many participants from the Chinese-speaking regions. Since it is a Korean-language program, I felt that their charm, talent, and potential were not fully realized during the evaluations. This time, I wanted to focus on the friends from the Chinese-speaking regions. When we first planned Twin Planet, I wanted to start with the Chinese-speaking regions," highlighting the differences from previous audition programs.

He also mentioned the broadcast time for participants. CP Kim emphasized, "I always tell the participants, 'If you have overwhelming talent, charm, or skills, or if your character shines, your chances of appearing on the broadcast increase.' They need to do whatever it takes to show their charm," explaining that the criteria for participants' broadcast time are centered around this point. "The production team is working hard to ensure everyone is showcased and that various participants can be highlighted."

He added, "Both K and C Planet will be judged based on fair evaluation criteria without bias towards either side. I believe the balance of fans on both sides will not be disrupted."

Lee Seok-hoon, who has extensive judging experience from various audition programs such as 'Produce 101' and 'Boys Planet' Season 1, shared, "I think I focused on getting quick results by telling participants 'this is the answer' when I first encountered audition programs. I believe the current music market trend is about subjectivity. If you don't have your own musical subjectivity, you can sink quickly. I tried to instill that subjectivity."

Kinky mentioned, "I tried to guide the participants to realize their unique charms and show them confidently." Baek Gu-young also said, "There were many participants with diverse thoughts, personalities, and charms. I lost track of time while filming them."

Kani, who is participating in an audition program for the first time, stated, "I am in charge of the global aspect. While filming, I discovered new aspects of K-pop that I didn't know before and was captivated. As a master, I saw the hunger and passion that the participants had," expressing his excitement.

Xiao Ting from Kep1er, who was born through Mnet's idol audition program 'Girls Planet 999: Girl War,' said, "Since I have experience as an audition participant, I can empathize with the participants' feelings. They want to show themselves well and may feel nervous, but I think I can help them in many ways. I believe that mind control is important in a high-pressure environment. They need to practice hard to show many charms in a short time," offering advice.

The debut group that will be born through 'Boys Planet,' namely the project group, is expected to debut as artists under Wake One, similar to Zero Base One from Season 1. Regarding this, CP Kim responded, "We are currently discussing the activity period for the debut group internally. Nothing has been decided yet."

In conclusion, the cast stated, "The participants have significant charm. Many have worked hard, and I believe the diverse skills of the Korean and Chinese participants will be revealed. We ask for your great expectations," urging viewers to tune in.
