Youngsook from the 22nd season of ‘I’m Solo’ reveals the story of her divorce just two weeks after marriage.
On the 7th at 8:30 PM, the KBS Joy entertainment program ‘Ask Anything’ will feature a participant who appeared in the 22nd season of ‘I’m Solo’.
The participant, who took part in the 22nd season of the dating reality show ‘I’m Solo’ special for divorced singles, shares that she has received continuous offers to appear on shows, including the spin-off program ‘Nasol Four Seasons (I’m SOLO, and Love Continues)’ and ‘Jibokhaeng (Traveling and Cooking)’, and is contemplating a career shift towards broadcasting.
She explains that conflicts arose during the wedding preparations from both families, leading them to decide to resolve it together and file for marriage registration first in order to obtain a newlywed loan. However, due to strong opposition from her former in-laws over their different religions, she reveals that she divorced just two weeks after the wedding.
Currently working as a kindergarten teacher with her mother, she states that she can return to her teaching job anytime and expresses her desire to try various things if she receives broadcasting offers. When Seo Jang-hoon expresses concern, saying, “The problem is that you need to be called by others. If you appear on a specific program? They won’t give you the opportunity to share your story like this. What will you do?” the participant confidently responds, “It will be different for each program. I believe I can do well.”
In response, Seo Jang-hoon offers realistic advice, stating, “There are about 30,000 people who started their careers in the entertainment industry before you, exaggerating a bit,” and warns, “If you take it lightly, the reality check will hit you hard.” He continues, “You need to think about this and be thoroughly prepared.”
Meanwhile, the participant also shares her feelings of disappointment over married friends frequently breaking promises and her worries about her brother who is in debt, which can be seen on KBS Joy channel on the 7th at 8:30 PM. Additionally, more videos from ‘Ask Anything’ can be found on major online channels (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and portal sites.
