Shin Ji from the group Koyote revealed that Moon Won was a great support during her past experience with stalking.
On the broadcast of MBC FM4U's 'Midday Hope Song with Kim Shin-young' (hereafter 'Midday Hope Song') on the 2nd, the couple Shin Ji and Moon Won, who are set to marry in the first half of next year, appeared as guests.
Shin Ji and Moon Won recently drew attention with their marriage news. The two developed a romantic relationship after meeting when Shin Ji was active as a DJ on MBC Standard FM's 'Single and Happy Show'.
Moon Won said, “There were times when my senior was going through a really tough time,” and added, “At that time, I wanted to lend my shoulder. After a little pat, we started to exchange messages little by little, and one day (my senior) treated me to a meal.”
In response, Shin Ji confessed that she had experienced serious stalking in the past, saying, “When I was doing 'Single and Happy Show', the PD and Lee Yoon-seok knew about it, but the stalker even came to my house, and it was so severe that the police had to be dispatched,” and added, “I’m known for not revealing my home as a celebrity, so I was really scared about how they found me.”
She continued, “At that time, I was living alone, and we had just started to exchange messages, but I must have felt it was too dangerous. So, he started to protect me and continued to do so,” expressing her affection for Moon Won.
Shin Ji shared, “For a while, it was really hard to go home,” and said, “When Moon Won came over sometimes, he would use the stairs. I was worried he might be hiding in the stairs. Seeing him do that made me feel secure.”
Shin Ji mentioned that the Koyote members were unaware of her stalking experience, saying, “I told them, ‘Actually, this happened,’ after everything was settled because I was worried they would be concerned.”
Meanwhile, Moon Won revealed on Shin Ji's YouTube channel 'How Are You' that he is a divorced man. He said, “I was married once. And I have a lovely daughter,” adding, “Although my ex-wife is raising her, we communicate and try to take care of everything for the child.”
In response, Shin Ji said, “I think there might be some concerned perspectives,” and added, “I actually liked his sense of responsibility. He is not someone who ignores it; he tries to protect his child and care for her responsibly, which I found appealing. I thought he could show me that side as well.”
Shin Ji and Moon Won recently completed their wedding photoshoot. They also released a duet song 'Shallaka Dula' on the 26th of last month.
